Emily Van Looyen has been practicing exclusively family law and child protection law since 2017. She keeps herself up to date on emerging case law and trends in both areas of practice.

 

Emily appears in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice frequently. She enjoys providing clients with quality legal services and assisting them through their challenging legal situations. 

 

She accepts both private retainers and Legal Aid Ontario Certificates.

Emily is a member of the Legal Aid Family Law, Family Violence and Child Protection panels. She is also a member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer panel.
